Why I love being an estate agent in Redhill.

I’m lucky to be able to get a look inside some of the most beautiful homes in and around Redhill. Being welcomed by proud homeowners, and hearing their stories makes this job fascinating and rewarding in so many ways. What I love most is that every house has its own character – no two properties or people are ever exactly the same. I’m constantly learning something new about home design and trends, as well as being exposed to different cultures when meeting with buyers and sellers from various backgrounds. Plus I’m helping these families make important decisions about their nesting grounds, which can provide an immense amount of satisfaction. Being an estate agent is more than just a job to me – it’s a passion!

About Redill.

Source: https://www.getsurrey.co.uk/

Redhill has been named as one of the best places for commuters to live – and its fantastic train links aren’t the only thing drawing them to the Surrey town.

It also boasts excellent schools, shops and relatively affordable house prices compared to other commuter hotspots, not to mention close proximity to the beautiful Surrey Hills.

In the 2020 commuting guide, Redhill was rated as London’s second best commuter town, only being beaten by St Albans in Hertfordshire.

It scored highly for its fast trains to the capital – taking just 30 minutes to Victoria – and average house prices of £401,271.

While many people are working at home after lockdown, a different pace of life combined with easy access to London is making a move to Surrey more appealing than ever.

Rail links.

Redhill has fantastic train links to London – you can get to Victoria in half an hour while there’s also direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars and St Pancras.

Brighton is less than an hour in the other direction, while the town is right next to the M25 and M23, giving it excellent road links.
